Shipping is available anywhere in the continental United States
Orders are processed as received and ready to ship within 5-7 days. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the carrier to deliver your package to you. Packages take 7 to 14 days on average from purchase to delivery.
We ship UPS or USPS. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. You will be notified via text or phone if your order is delayed.
Shipping rates vary depending on dimensions, weight, and delivery location. We always ship most cost-effectively unless you require a quicker delivery time frame.
We can quote a shipping price immediately if you shop in our Balboa Island location.
IN-STORE:
We help you load your car, suggest local delivery options for larger items, or assist you in the back area loading zone when ready for pick-up.
LOCAL WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:
If you purchase a large item from us, we can assist with white-glove delivery door-to-door in the Greater Los Angeles area. Freight delivery can also be arranged throughout the US.

We know you will love what you find. But just in case, we offer returns for even exchange within 10 days of purchase.
IN-STORE PURCHASES;
All returns must be in the original package and unused, unworn condition.
We require a receipt to process your exchange.
Returns are processed as an exchange or store credit and issued to you as a gift card.
ONLINE PURCHASES:
Items for return must be shipped back to Blu Canoe within 10 days of receiving your item.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Before processing your return, you must call our team at 949 514-2541 for assistance.
Refunds for items purchased online are in the form of an e-gift card and can be used at any time, both in-store and online.
Final Sale Items:
Books, antiques, original artwork, sale items, edibles, apothecary, dried or live florals, and any opened packaging are final sale. We do not accept used, worn, or damaged items.Antique & Vintage:
Patina and paint, natural wear, and sun-faded fabric make our vintage collections unique. One-of-a-kind items have been well-loved in a previous life and are not considered new. Don’t hesitate to ask about these items…we are happy to share what we know. Antiques are final sale.Custom work and special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit when placed.
