- We fulfill items purchased in our shop or online with the same care and attention. We personally inspect, pack, and ship each and every order.
- Standard orders ship within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 4-6 business days for carrier delivery.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking updates.
- All standard shipping fees are non-refundable.

- The Details: Your order paperwork will be included inside your package.
- Lost Packages: Once your item has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost packages, theft, or damage after delivery.
- Furniture & Heavy Items: As noted below, large furniture and extra-fragile pieces are excluded from flat-rate shipping and may require a custom delivery quote.
