We ship anywhere in the Continental US. We use UPS and USPS as our primary shippers. We do not have expedited shipping at this time. You can read all about our shipping policies HERE

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but plan on about 5 to 7 days. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on the way.

In-Store Purchases

Returns accepted within 10 days for shop credit only.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
A receipt is required to process your return.
Shop credit is issued as a gift card and is redeemable in-store only.

Online Purchases

Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer exchanges for online orders.
Online credits are issued as digital codes redeemable online only.

Items Not Eligible for Return

No Returns: books, antiques, artwork, sale items, edibles, apothecary, dried or live florals, holiday items, and opened packaging.
Used: worn, damaged, tested.
Antiques & vintage: All antiques and vintage items are final sale. Natural wear and patina add character and are not considered defects.
Custom work & special orders: require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Sales are final.

Additional Guidelines
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for insured return shipping.
Returns must include original tags and packaging.
Items returned that do not fall within the requested guidelines are not eligible for exchange.
Blu Canoe is not responsible for damage to packages during the return process.
Once received, shop credit is issued within 5–7 business days.

Yes! We can happily send a beautiful gift card to your chosen recipient for any special occasion. Please view our gift card options HERE

Most of what we offer comes from smaller brands, just like us. Inspiring artisans and people really passionate about what they do. We shop throughout the US, Canada and Europe. Sometimes we find things in our hometown too!

We hope so! But sometimes items shown may have already been offered and sold, and some may be in personal collections. We may be able to find another one (a sister, not a twin), so always reach out to our team of great Shop Gals for more information.

Yes, if we can find it for you, we will gladly special order. Large orders and custom work require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we place your order.

We offer a 10% trade discount for designers and creatives. To participate, we will need a current resale license and a business card. You can use your discount anytime you shop!
